2. Email
Send your completed order form to me at cuddles.crafts@gmail.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

3. Payment
Payment is made via bank transfer to my Maybank account. The details (bank, account number, etc) will be emailed to you upon confirmation of your order. You will need to make payment within two working days. Please take note of the following:

* for custom-made orders and gift items, i will not begin work on your items until full payment is received. this is to avoid back-out buyers who leave me with an unwanted custom-made piece*

4. Delivery
I only ship using Pos Laju, as its easier to track (and it hurts me too when your packages get lost in the mail). No COD is available at this time. Please note that Cuddles Crafts shall not be held responsible for lost packages or any other mess-up that Pos Laju might make during the delivery of your item.

For international orders (countries other than Malaysia), do email me for inquiries about shipping charges.

5. Other Little Things
* All prices stated are final and non-negotiable.

* Prices stated do not include postage and gift-wrap charges (these will be emailed to you upon receiving your order form).

* All items are made to order, so please give me about 3 to 4 working days to complete your order unless otherwise stated.

* All items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

* Please note (and this is a very important point) that sometimes I might not be able to catch the item's exact color in the photographs shown on this page. This may be due to either my camera quality, your computer screen, lighting or all of the above.

* By submitting the order form, you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. On my part I will ensure that your order(s) are crafted to the best of my ability.
